Having studied Psychology at Edinburgh university I graduated with an MA. I later went on to learn about and work with holistic therapies and yoga. I always like to work with the individual as a whole, not just a set of symptoms .

I struggled for many years with my own body image and weight issues and came to this work to guide others to become relaxed, healthy and content around food, weight, digestion and any other food related issues . I want to give people practical tools and ways of thinking which will give sustainable results not just a quick fix.

I’m excited now to bring all my experience to eating psychology and mind body nutrition coaching and in doing so, to coach people to get where they want to go.

“I can highly recommend Rachel as an eating psychology life coach because she
has gently helped me to change the way that I think about myself and others. We
started meeting because I was worried about my weight and since then I have lost
over a stone without being on a diet. More importantly I am beginning to realise that I
need to deal with life rather than use food as a distraction. If you are looking for a
holistic approach and a compassionate coach then Rachel could help you to change
your life and achieve your goals.”
